CV

2012-2016, Teracom Boxer Group, Chief Architect, UX
I worked in projects that had a direct impact on Teracom Boxer Groups end customers. I worked hard to put focus on the end consumer of Boxer’s  aggregated content. Ensuring a unified experience for the user when it comes to using our set top boxes, mobile and tablet apps as well as online experience.

Focus was mainly on search and discovery that is a necessary feature to help users find the right content in a jungle of programmes. Another main task was to change user behavior through intelligent messaging. This is something that will be launched in the near future.

What I added to the company was know-how on how to change a Vision of a User Friendly product to a product that the users likes and are willing to pay for.
Since I have great interest in Agile methods I am trying to help the organisation with the transformation from a waterfall driven project world to a back-log driven agile one.

20111-2012, SEB, Usability Expert
At SEB I worked mostly with the public web sites for SEB Group as well as the mobile presence. I focused on creating information webs that answered to different user groups needs rather than spreading information about the company. During my time with SEB I was also a part of the Mobile Internet group working on strategies for enhanced mobility features within the bank.

One of my longer projects concerned the Card division of the bank. At SEB Card I worked with the online membership recruitement system. My part was to create a system that worked within the countries that SEB has presense in and to make sure that they were as easy  as possible to use to increase conversion

In my role I also teached agile methods for the staff of SEB worldwide. Since the decided project methodology was RUP it was a huge task to try to transform suitable projects to become more agile.
